Our mixed-gender committee has had representatives from the institutions listed on our Community page. We invite new representatives from these and other Virginia institutions!
Here are a list of some of the responsibilities for involvement:
Meet at least once a month to plan virtual events and coordinate efforts to market these events.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and organize VA-WHPC events, including develop event themes, secure speakers, and managing logistics.
Update WordPress website with event recording and post new events to News and Events section.
Promote VA-WHPC initiatives to your institution and the VA-WHPC mailing list.
Members spend as little as 1-5 hours a month to support our efforts.
