The Virginia Women in High-Performance Computing Program (VA-WHPC) is committed to increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting and encouraging the participation and equal representation of women in HPC and related technology fields.

Offer mentorship opportunities with exposure to female role models in HPC fields.
Expose female students to research and careers in HPC and other technical fields.
Bridge funding for female students to attend HPC-related conferences.
Create and communicate internship opportunities.
